In this busy world, is it any wonder that we can sometimes feel overwhelmed and confused?

We are expected to be superheroes – living our best lives outside of work, whilst being high performing in work. Social media means we are surrounded by messages telling us we are not good enough. The Dive Deep packages are designed to help you dampen down the noise around you and tune into what you want.

Why dive deep?

The Dive Deep packages are designed around you and what you want to achieve.  Typically, a package will include six sessions, which can be delivered online or face to face. As a Master NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) Coach and qualified Sound Therapist, I will use a blended mix of tools to support you on your dive deep adventure.

Previous clients have chosen to dive deep in order to help them:

- Improve their performance at work

- Transition smoothly into a new leadership role

- Deal with unhelpful patterns of behaviour

- Release trauma

- Manage stress and build resilience

Neuro-linguistic Programming

There are many definitions of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). For me, I would describe it as a means of helping people reframe their thoughts in order to shift their behaviour.

Based on the work of Richard Bandler and John Grinder, it looks at the connections between neurological processes, language and behavioural patterns.

As a coaching tool it is hugely powerful in helping clients remove mental blocks, communicate more effectively and replace unhelpful behaviour patterns with actions that are in alignment with their values.

Sound Therapy

Sound therapy is an ancient tradition that can take many different forms. I use a range of sound instruments, including Tibetan singing bowls and a symphonic gong.

Sound therapy works at a deep cellular level, working with our energetic vibrations. Unlike a lot of coaching approaches, there is no requirement for verbal communication.  This can be especially helpful for people who find it difficult or are unwilling to share their feelings.

Sound therapy helps bring the body into balance, releasing trauma and unhelpful behaviours. It creates ‘space’ so that clients can tap into their creativity and intuition to work towards their goals.
