Hello there!

I’m Mel, founder of Dive Deep, Climb High.

My personal diving deeper journey started over 25 years ago, when I first discovered the benefit of developing myself in order to be a better leader for those around me (at home and work).  Since then, my dive deep adventure has continued, and I can’t ever see it ending. I want to keep learning and growing so that I can be there for my clients in the best possible way.

Over the years, my thinking and approach has evolved although my fundamental belief that we first need to know and understand ourselves before we can hope to know or help anyone else, has never wavered.

My personal shift has come from recognising that the best way to do this is to connect mind, body, and spirit. This is why Dive Deep, Climb High offers a holistic approach to leadership and personal development which is underpinned by the five key values that I live by:
